Our Chartered Geologists and Geomaterials engineers offer extensive international experience in all aspects of stone selection, quarry assessment, stone evaluation and quality for external cladding/paving, internal lining/flooring and special applications. Expert opinion provided on in-service performance and long-term durability.

Consultancy services are supported by comprehensive in-house UKAS accredited testing to BS EN, ASTM and other international standards. Specialised petrographic examination (including stone matching), scanning electron microscopy / ISIS energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis and XRD analysis services are also offered in-house.

Our Facade engineers and specialists provide expert advice for new and historic buildings covering review of specifications, drawings, material properties, construction detailing/interfaces, design calculations, thermal performance, buildability and conservation remedial works.

UKAS accredited facade hard/soft body impact testing and hose testing. Bespoke testing programmes. Investigation and condition surveys (including Ground Penetrating Radar, rope access and dye inspection).
