Tamsin joined the Board of Directors at Szerelmey in 2019, being the first woman to do so. As Operations Director she oversees the internal operations at the company and provides a valuable link between the pre-contract and delivery teams. She leads the company’s Business Development, Sales, Marketing, PR, Sustainability and Training, and oversees the smooth running of the office and staff wellbeing. Additionally, she has developed and heads up the Faience and Terracotta specialism within the company and brings her technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to the table.
