Philip Skipper is an experienced microbiologist having spent ten years employed on government research and development projects in the south of England. In addition to working at the University of Lincoln, where he completed his PhD on bacterial biodeterioration of limestone, Philip works as a freelance consultant, providing advice on biological growth and biodeterioration of heritage materials.
