Dr Mohamed Abdel-Wahab

Senior Lecturer, University of the West of Scotland
Mohamed is a fellow member of the UK Higher Education Academy with 10+ years experience in applied research projects supporting the digital transformation of the construction industry for enhancing training and practice. Projects include VR for Health and Safety training, Motion-sensing (IoT) for occupational health management, Mixed Reality for construction training, and digital workflows for the repair and maintenance sector. Research funders include: CITB, Morrison Construction, Thomson Bethune, & Scottish Government. His applied research won 2-CIOB awards & was a finalist in the Water Industry Awards 2018.
