With more than 25 years’ experience in the construction sector and a background in the ceramics industry, David Wilson has been an architectural consultant at Shackerley for the past 12 years. As Shackerley’s range of SureClad® façade systems has developed to include SureClad®Natural Stone and SureClad® Engineered Stone, David’s remit has extended to cover expertise across all materials. His role includes working collaboratively with architects and developers from the earliest stages of design and specification and liaising closely with main contractors and cladding installers throughout project delivery. He also provides the interface between the client and Shackerley’s technical team to ensure the finished façade meets the project’s design intent. David has been involved in a number of showpiece SureClad® Natural Stone and Engineered Stone projects including The Point (Canary Wharf), Stratford Mill (East London), Kensington Row (West London), Carlton House (Putney) and the Stratford Island University Centre building.
